These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to TruthTube Files and its articles, videos, forms, newsletters, tools, and related services. By using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must use the service only where legally permitted and, if you are under the age of majority where you live, with any consent required by applicable law.
Editorial and educational purpose
TruthTube Files publishes journalism, commentary, explainers, and consumer-safety information. Content is for general informational and educational purposes and does not create an attorney-client, adviser-client, doctor-patient, investigator-client, or other professional relationship.
Nothing on the site is individualized legal, financial, investment, medical, mental-health, cybersecurity, or law-enforcement advice. Decisions involving emergencies, evidence, investments, account recovery, legal deadlines, or personal safety should be directed to an appropriate qualified professional or authority.
Emergencies, reports and sensitive evidence
TruthTube Files is not an emergency service, police agency, fraud-reporting authority, hotline, or evidence repository. Do not rely on the site to report an active crime, locate a missing person, stop a financial transfer, preserve legal rights, or obtain urgent protection.
Do not submit passwords, one-time codes, identity documents, financial account details, medical records, intimate images, confidential evidence, or information that could endanger another person. Accuracy, updates and legal status
We work to publish accurate and appropriately sourced material, but information can be incomplete, contested, delayed, or later changed. Laws, reporting channels, product terms, prices, scientific standards, platform rules, and case status may change after publication.
Allegations, arrests, charges, investigations, civil claims, and convictions are not equivalent. Readers should consult the latest primary record before relying on a legal or factual status. Publication of a theory or attributed claim does not mean TruthTube Files adopts it as fact.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service to break the law, facilitate fraud, evade investigation, destroy evidence, harass, impersonate, dox, stalk, disrupt the service, bypass access controls, introduce malicious code, submit content without rights, misrepresent affiliation, or repackage substantial portions of our work as a competing publication or automated dataset without permission.
Corrections and other submissions
When you submit a correction, message, or other material, you represent that you have the right to send it and that it is not knowingly false, unlawful, threatening, or invasive of another person’s rights.
You retain ownership. You grant TruthTube Files a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to review, store, reproduce internally, verify, and use the submission as reasonably necessary to respond, correct content, protect the service, or comply with law. We are not required to publish, investigate, or respond to every submission.
Intellectual property
The site’s original text, structure, branding, graphics, compilations, and other protected material belong to TruthTube Files or the relevant rights holder. You may share links and quote limited portions for criticism, commentary, teaching, or other uses allowed by law with clear attribution.
No license is granted to copy complete articles, remove attribution, reproduce branding, populate a competing commercial product, or use content in a misleading context. Third-party names, trademarks, images, and sources remain the property of their respective owners.

External links are provided for source verification, reporting, further reading, or third-party products. TruthTube Files does not control external availability, security, terms, privacy practices, claims, or transactions.
